From a deep wish and inspiration to guide others one-on-one in their process of finding inner peace and coming closer to their true selves, I have developed an online individual program.
Through 7 sessions that we tailor together, I give you concrete tools and techniques to release physical and emotional tension in order to connect with yourself on a deeper level. We explore how you can access blockages through movement, inner silence and energetic work and how you can support and stimulate your body to release those blockages so that everything can flow again.
You can work with these tools even after this program so that you can create more inner peace and balance yourself in the long run.

What does this program involve?
During the opening session, we look at your situation, needs and wishes together. Based on this, we map out the trajectory and set a possible focus and/or intention.
Through a yin yoga session, we explore physical and/or emotional tension in the body. I give you adapted postures and breathing exercises to support your body to relieve this tension. You get a document afterwards with all the postures and breathing exercises, so you can continue on your own afterwards.
During a reiki session, I let nourishing energy flow to you, that your body can use where it is needed. Reiki supports you in removing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual blockages, so that your life energy (or chi) can flow freely again. During this session you lie down in rest.
In the DANCE mandala session, you are guided in intuitive movement. Accompanied by carefully selected music, I guide you through different layers of the body with specific suggestions. By letting go of what you think movement should look like and allowing yourself to be moved, you are invited to release tension, expand your perspective and feel freer and more connected. After the session you will be given access to the playlist so you can continue the intuitive movement on your own afterwards.
During the restorative yoga session, you sink into a state of deep rest, shifting your focus from doing to being. You stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, thus supporting yourself to heal physically, emotionally and mentally. After the session, you will receive a document with all the postures and breathing exercises so you can continue on your own afterwards. You will also receive a playlist of relaxing music to help you relax during restorative yoga.
In the closing session we get together to look back, go over what you take away from this program and how you can integrate these tools into your daily life.
A follow-up session follows to explore together how your practice is going after the program. You can ask questions about the practice and I can give you concrete tips (e.g. literature, music, podcasts, …).
