Hello, I’m Lana!

I teach yin yoga, restorative yoga, DANCE mandala and practice reiki.

In whatever I do, I like to create a safe space without judgement, comparison, competition or performance. As we journey through this place, just by showing up and having the intention and attention to practise, we grow. We let go of what we no longer need. We come closer to our true self.

I am here to guide you and hold space on your yoga and movement journey.

In my teaching I like to integrate splashes of several types of bodywork, a big personal interest of mine.

Accessibility

I welcome you with open arms, ensuring a safe and comfortable space no matter where you find yourself, no matter how you find yourself. Flexibility or experience don’t matter, the intention to practice is all you need.

Money shouldn’t be a reason not to practice yoga, DANCE mandala or reiki. Contact me if one of my events is financially not accessible for you and we’ll work something out.

Body Consciousness

As you are encouraged to feel, the connection with your body increases and you get closer to your essence little by little. Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual blockages are released through regular practice, allowing you to let go of what you no longer need and become even more yourself.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow form of yoga through which you learn to turn inward, relax deeply and connect to your body. It helps you to (re)find inner harmony by being present with all that is – on and off the mat.

Restorative Yoga

Sink into a state of deep rest with restorative yoga and discover the quiet healing power of the practice.

You are invited to let your focus shift from doing into being, supporting and stimulating your body to restore and heal physically, emotionally and mentally.

This practice is accessible for all, no matter your yoga experience, flexibility or physical condition. You are supported by props in every shape to ensure maximum comfort.

DANCE mandala

DANCE mandala is a practice of moving stillness meditation. Discover how to find centre and stillness in and through movement as you are guided throughout the session. You are invited to explore self-expression and self-enquiry through intuitive movement. By letting go of what we think movement should look like, we initiate a process of self-awakening, transformation and expansion of consciousness. 

The practice has shown me how to come home to myself through intuitive movement. By tapping into how my body wants to express what is living inside at that exact moment, I connect to deeper layers of the self. I shed whatever is ready to be liberated. I free myself from burdens. I come closer to my true self. And through the deep connection with myself, I can authentically connect with others and all around me. And I realise once again that we are one.

Reiki

During a reiki session, I let nourishing energy flow to you, that your body can use where it is needed. Reiki supports you in removing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual blockages, so that your life energy (or chi) can flow freely again. During this session you lie down in rest.

I am a certified level 3 reiki practitioner (shin pi den) in the Osui tradition.
